The best person to speak about this to is your wife. Every couple is different and while one couple may allow her partner to see someone else to receive services offered that the other can't or won't offer ( sorry to use the term services but that term covers a whole range of things) whereas other definitely won't allow it. It's not how many wives would go for it, it's how your wife would view it. You have to consider that being spanked is a very intimate act. It would not be unusual for your wife to view it as a form of cheating in terms of your commitment to each other.
