I recently got the Gereckes Challenge. I've now worn it for 12 days and am very happy with it. The biggest advantage besides it being steel is how easy it is to keep clean. It seems to be individually made. I've got another Gereckes and wish it would fit on the same ring.
I have had the Desire for over a year now, longest time in lockup is 11 weeks. Its not 100% clean but a power shower and cotton buds does the trick. I have a little strap to help support the weight but apart from that now problems. It has a mod to secure my PA piercing so there is no chance of a pull out. Definitely glad we bought this (wife more than me).
I've recently thought about getting the Gereckes Big John that would fit onto the ring...that way my wife could remove the Challenge and use the Big John...then replace the Challenge with very little effort.
How was the device modified for a PA? We are considering the same chastity but have concerns about the possibility of being able to pull out.
