    I just saw this link through FL, posted by a guy who reckons he's ordered a device:

    I don't know the site and it feels like a scam site to get credit card details to me, but one to "maybe" keep an eye on.
    Of course, if it looks too good to be true, it typically is...

    Looks to me like a mistake. Page was published before vetting it.

    Then again the item cost could be factored into the delivery costs instead.

    if you want to look at the conditions
    there's nothing : empty page
    no description of a lot of CB
    many of them are .... free

    to many "mistakes" to be serious
