Flew with my KH this week while locked (HTV2). No problem with metal detectors at BHX.

I went through BHX last week and the detector sounded randomly ( I near wear a cage) which meant me receiving the full body scan.

    What happened in the scan?

Sorry I meant to say I never wear a cage. I had no metal on me so nothing. I asked why the detector went off and they told me after the scan that the detectors are set to random alert that's why it alerted them to me

I have worn my Glans Armor, a lightweight 316 jewelry grade (non magnetic) stainless steel shaft only cage, secured by my PA piercing, through the metal detector. I’ve done this many times now. I’ve never been called for an additional patdown.

I do not go through the body scanner in jewelry. I opt for a pat down. I’ve done this for personal reasons before I wore chastity daily.

Be polite and respectful and they are professional.

I once wore my PA jewelry through the body scanner and I was called to a private room for inspection. No one exposed me. There’s no wank fodder in my story. I don’t believe what some folks write.

Be proud. Be firm in your right for a manual screening. Don’t be fearful. Just listen. Follow instructions. They aren’t going to fondle you. They back of their hand will slide up your thighs to check for weapons. It’s not sexy.

I say wear chastity where you want.
It’s allowed. The TSA blog even wrote on this.

Buy the pass to get your through metal detectors, or opt for manual screening. You’re doing nothing wrong by doing so.

I’ve been surprised my 316L stainless actually doesn’t trip things off. But my MaleChastityNow GlansArmor is not heavy. The low mass and low magnetic properties help. Heat makes stainless magnetic. But since Mark is an excellent and judicious welder, using less material to make a solid weld, I think his workmanship doesn’t introduce magnetism. Only a strong neodymium magnet will attract a stainless steel security screw that has been drilled through. I experimented with that myself. I say all this because I wouldn’t have believed it myself, as I am generally skeptical until I see evidence.

But I’ve been brave enough to wear my MaleChastityNow GlansArmor and my Evotion Bijou (with brass lock) through airport security and have proudly flown locked up without a momentary trip to the men’s room before and after security.

Only an MRI would get me out of chastity ;)

Stay cool and tell them what they need to know.
They're looking for terrorists, and dangerous items.
Terrorists will also be a little nervous at being caught too, it's those psychological giveaways that the security guys are looking out for, so just tell them you're wearing "body jewellery", and they'll know exactly what you're on about (and by you being open about it they'll not worry themselves or you about it).
If you think they're about to discover it, then declare it before they do, that will also make the process easier as you haven't then been hiding something.

I've set off the scanner with my underwire bra while my CB6000S with a brass lock went completely undetected. They had a woman pat me down and after hand scanning me, she asked if I was wearing an underwire bra, I said Yes, and she sent me on my way!

Cherry Keeper with brass lock, didn't cause an issue going out of the UK or out from Palma!

I’ve flown quite a few times with my Steelworxx Steelheart. I go through the body scanners all the time. The most that has ever happened is they do a pat down and I’m on my way. One time they sent me through a metal detector and of course it goes off. I told them I was wearing body jewelry and they sent me through the body scanner. There is still a small chance they’ll bump into it during a pat down and you’ll have to explain. Hasn’t happened to me.

I’m getting an Evotion Wearable with no metal at all in it for times when I might have to go through a metal detector. That’s useful for not just flying but also amusement parks, and government buildings. But honestly most of this security stuff is just theatre. I’ve gone to amusement parks where they have meta detectors in my Steelheart, I set off the metal detector and they didn’t stop me, just waved me on through.

Getting the Evotion isn’t because I think I need it. I just want to minimize the hassle. But I’m going to live my life how I want and not worry about this stuff because I’m not doing anything wrong.

It's a balance really I think. I wear plastic for travel previously the trusty 6000s, but we have just got a Cherry Keeper. I'd rather not explain why I'm in chastity if setting off metal detectors. I'm not particularly embarrassed about it, we are consenting adults and not breaking any laws. But there is the thing about not directly involving airport staff going about their normal work in our kink! The fact that the strapon and vibrator are perfectly clear to anyone x-raying our hold luggage is neither here nor there. Again, no laws are being broken and there is no face to face contact.

Why would you have to explain the reason you are in chastity? It is simply none of their business.

Update: Today I’ve gone through at least ten times through security metal detectors at least five different locations in my GlansArmor2.

I haven’t triggered it once in this jewelry-grade 316L stainless-steel device from MaleChastityNow. I also tried a slightly more massive one with extra rings, without a single hiccup.

I used to opt for a pat down to avoid the body scanners. But now I don’t even need that. I sail right through, with the confidence I can always get a pat down if necessary.

(My wife held and brought the key in her purse this trip, just in case of emergency. She never let me out on this trip. I’ve been kept locked for all but 7% of the last 744 hours.)

Had to fly interstate over the weekend and sailed straight through security wearing my Cherry Keeper.

I must admit avoiding the queue on the way home that went through a full body scanner. I was tempted to give it a crack but was travelling with a work colleague. I’ll save that for a time when I’m on my own just in case.

I am now regularly travelling locked by both surface and air, and without an emergency key.

I don’t fly so never had to deal with airport security, but I did have to go to court recently to give evidence for a friend and I was shocked when I got there that they have full body metal detectors at the entrance! Detector went off as I went through it, (plastic cage, metal lock) I got wanded down and then cleared in a few seconds. I was worried for a second though!
