After 3 months we finally got our Lori 2a but to our disappointment the screw that is already in place in the device seems stripped.

All of the extra security screws and keys work together no problem but the one that was already inserted to the device will not come out - no matter the angle , the pressure applied when pushing down - it won't lock in place in any way to allow it to click and come out :(

Guess it's gonna be awhile now to send it back, get fixed and returned :/

I had a similar problem with my 18a and was cautious to force the screw. Ms. Lori suggested lining up the screw driver bit into the screw head and giving it a gentle tap with a hammer. Did the trick with mine one.
