Well, i've been locked constantly for a month and a hall, and have to admit all the fight has gone out of the little fella. Seems quite content to remain soft and small. Even when out for cleaning doesn't seem to respond like it used to. May take more than a week of freedom for that to return.

The smaller and tighter the cage, the less apt I am to have even the hint of one of those nasty erections. (I think I've come to hate having one!) Technically i agree that any shrinkage or reduced response is not permanent. But if you spend the majority of the time caged, so that for the short periods you are released you appear smaller and less likely to get or even try to get erect, then functionally it becomes pretty close to permanent. Unless your Domme decides to allow you a longer release, so recovery can occur, then you remain smaller and softer.
