i'm using a cage now (first one) with an anti off ring, that helps to keep my balls from pulling back and out, but was thinking about getting a different cage that doesn't have one. dose any one have trouble backing out and pulling out. the device i have now also has a steel urethral tube, which is nice but i shrink back and off the end of the tube and i have to take it off and reinsert it, so i was thinking of going tubeless.
I just posted this elsewhere, but it may help you as well: It took my husband some time to get the first one to fit just right, but now that's his favorite. He had to make a custom lock that doesn't allow any movement between the ring and the cage and had to bend the top part with a torch. He says it is very secure now because his balls cannot slip through the gap unless it is unlocked. One night while we were having a little fun in bed, I poured lots of KY lotion all over his cock and balls and tried to get the thing off of him. He was nearly in tears and I wasn't even close to getting it off of him. If he ever managed to get it off, there is NO WAY he could ever put it back on. If I ever caught him with it off after I had locked it on him, I would have him castrated! (Just kidding, sort of...)
I got the new cave from DHgate, for less than $20. It's nice, easier and no pinching like the old cage. However the space.at the bottom is too big, I can put two fingers through the space.sometimes my balls slip through the space. I may be able to bend it and tighten it up.
With these cages coming down in price and the design sizes and quality improving all the time , try a few out. With stainless you can alway sterilise them and resell . You have not got much to loose if you want to bend them. You should be able to home in on the right one for size and style then use it as a pattern for a posh one with a padlock less lock . Xx Wendy
My guy wears one of these, but a little bit longer. He just Plasti-Dipped the ring and has no slippage. Says its very comfortable.
