It is made out of 7/8" black walnut. There is no stain. { i have no use for stain/s.} The finish is a clear coat high quality varnish called "waterlox". {about 30 bucks a quart.} But it is well worth the price. It REALLY brings out the grain in any type of wood. The main part of this thing will hold a car. It is put together with screws, biscuit's, and glue. super strong..
The leg/arm rests/restraints move up and down 3 inches and are independent from front to back. the head rest/restraint moves forward and back 3 1/2", and it also tilts up to about an 80 degree angle. Within the tilt there are 2 pieces of stainless steal flat stock sanded to a really nice shine with a hole every inch or so and can be pinned to hold whatever angle is desired.
The testicle "clamp" has 4 different size clamps that are used to hold the "victim" in place no matter what size his "package." lol
There are 3 straps for each leg and arm to ensure the said body parts remain in place, The head part has 2 straps that hold/keep the face in an opening similar to that of a massage bench.
The padding for the upper body is a layer of 1/4 inch foam rubber and a 1/2 inch upholstery foam. The leg and arm padding is 1/4 inch foam rubber.

 

Well tiff the pictures don't do it justice, sorry Ms Linda not your fault. Your just can't see the qualitity of the construction in the pictures. Tiff you certainly got me wanting to see this piece of ART in real life. i am gonna spend all my time cooking and :scared0016: so i don't end up in it. i don't know if you read my first post in my rachel's trip thread but i said before i went that i was chicken shit scared but had gotten over it by spending quite a lot of time chatting with MM before i left. i am now chicken shit scared again.

MM, I think your pet should be the first one strapped to the new bench. I know you can't paddle him or bruise him, but I think it should be honorary whippin. Strap him on, blind fold him, tease him some and we can all celebrate his being with us and his recovering and the new bench. Then we can let the real use begin!

 

WHOO HOO.. um,,I meen,, yes Ma'am. The bench is VERY complicated. It is best that others go on it. I figure it will take ummmm,,,, yeah,,, about 12 days to make sure You really know all aspects of this bench.. yeah.. that's it.. 12 days.. lol
