Update Extra profile role options

    I thought the current roles were a bit lacking, so I have added the following options:

    Mistress
    Domme
    Dominant
    Cuckold
    Slave
    Vanilla

    If you can think of any others to add, let me know. The other existing roles are:

    Submissive
    Sissy
    Domestic Keyholder
    Pro Domme
    Other - (Explain in "About You")
