    just after advice on devices and which ones are good for running in ?

    I'm fairly sure the answer to that would be very individual.
    Though I am told a device that does not in anyway trap the tesiticles might be better suited to running and or cycling.

    Personal Trial and error is my best suggestion

    I can only add fit is really important. One that fits right makes everything nicer. Especially exercise.
