    Excuse me.

    What is prostate milking?

    1. Does it mean draining out the sperm (cumming) without reaching orgasm??

    2. Is it bad to health for long term??

    3. How regular should one (without any sex or hand job) receive prostate milking??

    Thank you!

Oh man, can of worms being opened up here :D

OK, prostate milking is the release of semen through manipulation of the prostate. There are several ways of doing this but essentially the prostate is a small, walnut sized part of the sexual organs found just inside the male rectum. If it is massaged 'just so' then it can stimulate the release of semen without any orgasmic feelings. The idea is this lowers feelings of intense hornyness and allows a male to be chaste for longer.

Is what bad for health? Not having an orgasm or being milked? No to both. There are arguments about whether long term lack of orgasm leads to prostate cancer but there are no definitive reports about this, and many that show the opposite. Your body deals with excess semen and sperm by either ejecting it or reabsorbing it.

As for the last point, as often as your partner wants to do it. If they enjoy doing it then as often as you can fill up, which is as individual as anything else in this game. If your partner doesn't like doing it, then don't expect it, it isn't necessary.
