I currently have the enclosed cage and have found that when I sit for a prolonged period of time (like at work) sometimes one of my testicles seems to want to work it's way out of the cage. This can be a little painful as it doesn't usually want to go back in until it's turned just right. Not really a fan of the hannibal style cages, so thinking about a flat-front. Wondering what other people's experience with them is like.
I have the flat front sissy style and never had a testicle pop out, I have more of an issue where the skin will come between the cage and my upper thigh and pinch a bit. I love this bet and wish it was more comfortable as I end up wearing my mature metal more ofter

I am leaning towards a flat front belt for my next one. I'll be in it full time and I want to be able to keep a flat, feminine look in tight clothes. The bulge of the lock is my biggest concern now.
I have tried all three, my favorite is a Hannibal 2 or 3. I have had pinch issues with the other enclosures, and I found the flat front to wear very warm. The Hannibal is also slightly narrower than the other enclosures.
