    Sympathy on the back issues. pet bought me a little hand held massager (yes... the is really what it is!!!! :innocent0002:) which is great when I get twinges. I hope yours sorts itself soon. Maybe you need to try Pilates, it's very good for core stability and therefore back pain, and you can do it without putting pressure on your back at the time of exercising! (Oh and it's a predominantly female exercise, so that suits!)

    Thanks to everyone for the chastity well wishes! And, thank You, Mistress Watchful, for the Pilates suggestion. Dollyanne has been looking for another exercise and this may be perfect! Dolly will look into it right away!

    Dolly is still out of commission with a lower back problem--it comes and goes--so dolly will definitely miss her challenge this week. But, what's worse, dolly won't be able to start her chastity training until it gets better. Meanwhile, dolly is getting prepared:

    No. 400 and 600 sandpaper to smooth rough edges
    Baby Oil Gel
    Q-Tips

    Dolly is wondering whether the lock will survive the shower without getting rusty. The brass locks on dolly's gate have had to be replaced twice because of rust! Does anyone know about chastity locks and the shower?

    Kia Ora Dollyanne and congrats on your Cb2000 btw, Just a couple of hints from a long time cb2000 wearer :) (btw mines pink too :innocent0002:) once you have finished sanding with the 600 sandpaper you can polish out the final scratches using a strip of course material like denuim (sp!) also i found that rubbing the ring on carpet polished out most of the scratches as well returning mine back to the factory clarity.

    as for the brass locks and showers, mines only unlocked about once a week for cleaning and ive found that as long as the lock is a good quality one you should be fine.. maybe once in a while when you have the lock off give it a good blast with wd-40, CRC or lanolin ( used by 4x4 owners for lubing alsorts) wipe it off and lock and unlock it a few times to check for stiffness :p .. the lock dear not you, i use lanolin in mine about 6 months ago and still seems fine now...

    cheers for now and hope your back gets better soon, I was off work a few weeks ago with what i thought was a back back but it turned out to be another bloody hernia :( ..

    Hmmm, i do not know what for a make the lock is ... reading that the chastity device still needs finishing works and you have to sand down the rough edges, it is quite likely that the lock is of the same quality. If i were you i would not rely on it and get a new one that is definitely made of stainless steel.

    That is sooo true, Miss D--an exciting, but a scary thought! Not one dollyanne feels she is quite ready for yet. But the day may come--maybe sooner than dolly wishes!

    Sanding points for cb-2000

    Thanks to eceem's help, dolly has identified the sanding points for her new pink cb-2000. Some of these are sharp and could hurt a little sissy clitty like dollyannes!

    Be sure the "A"ring is sanded smooth, mine had a ridge on the inside all the way around the ring. Had to sand, wear, test and sand again. It fits good now but, could be polished to like new finish.

    Thank you, eceem--your advice has been excellent! It's nice to know you have a pink cb too! Dolly is still sanding and sanding, but will also get some lanolin also to use for lubricating the lock.

    Dolly empathizes with your hernia problem. Dolly's back is getting better, but it can be quite disabling! You might want to get that hernia looked at. They can do some fairly simple operations these days if its acute.

    Thank you, her pantyboy--good idea! Dolly looked around the inside and noticed that the smaller rings had a definite ridge, and the larger ones had ridges in a couple of spots. More sanding! Those ridges felt like they could be sharp against sensitive skin. Thanks for mentioning this!

    Thank You, Miss D! Dollyanne has a feeling she will be more chaste and feminized than ever in the new year! And, dolly also expects she will be veering toward "slutty" away from "frilly" as her new direction.

    You are right, dolly is delinquent on her New Year's Resolutions. Dollyanne has so many things she needs to do in the New Year it's going to be hard to be selective! Dolly will try to sort through her list and post them before midnight.

    Thank you, krissi! Dollyanne loves pink and certainly hopes she will get used to it. Right now there is a little chaffing when walking and dolly is concerned that she may need to do some stretching. But, dolly will go a few days to see what happens.
