Short answer is no.

Long answer is that "technically" I'm not that small. I used to be 6.7" erected.
Now I am permanently locked in a 1.3" cage, and that it the way my wife treats it - Useless 1.3".
As she gets no pleasure from PIV and no interest in it, it makes perfect her for her to keep me that way.
She actually treats me MORE as her man for doing so, and for providing oral services and pleasure for her - which I am also happy to do.

Do i feel less of a man because of a smaller penis? Not all the tie but a few times in my life, sure.
