Since my penis is an inch long and three inches hard I always have felt much less of a man. Perhaps it's why I always wanted to be a girl and never wanted to be around other boys. My penis is 5.5", so just slightly below average according to a quick google search. I'm also a grower, so it gets a lot smaller when soft. I've never had an issue with its size, even though my wife and I incorporate a lot of SPH when we fool around. I’ve always been self conscious of my size. Maybe because flaccid I range between 1 1/2” to nonexistent. I know I’m a bit below average when erect however I have been able to satisfy my partners with PIV (and other ways!) and have never had something said to me. Limp I can be very small, but hard I'm seven inches which is decently above average. My impression is that it's because of "manliness" anxiety that men with perfectly normal penises feel they are too small, not the other way around. If we don't have a particularly large penis, that reinforces our suspicion that we aren't "a real man." Whereas a man who is confident in his masculine identity will accept his penis cheerfully even if it's small.
