Does having a small penis make you feel less of a man?

This is ridiculous. There is no truth in this statement at all. The measure of the worth of a man has nothing to do with the size of his penis. It is in the way he treats his friends, his wife, his children and himself, how he treats the world around him. Even someone like me who has issues with their size realizes this. This is the same as saying that someone with issues about their weight should feel less of a person.

 

I always wondered my stature, yet, I wasn't worried about my size. I always found being a "man" was more about providing and how he treated a woman. I try and "provide" at all times, show my wife I am in love and devoted to her at all times. I think that will go a lot further than just being a big dick.... there is more to a relationship than just sex... case in point we are locked in chastity and you still love your women. of course they are wired a bit different.

 

Hmmn. Like another poster here, I have the benefit of being 6'3" on a good day (when erect) though was bullied as a kid and consequently it took me a while to realise that my physical stature was enough for me not to worry about what anyone else thought.
With that said, I've always been a bit of an odd-ball and like Beck, am very glad of it and have never seen myself as much of a man's man. Dislike organised sport especially team games, and not in any way would you think of me as macho.

What is our notion of what is A Man? What is Manly? What pastimes do Men do?

Lets describe him. Burly, 6'2, fair hair, a sports man at college but now works in logging and wears boots and a checked shirt. Drives a truck, and smokes Marlborough. Is suspicious of people that go 'on holiday' as relaxing is for sissies, if he ever takes a break from work it's to go into the woods, competing in some form of motor-sport or spending a week in Vegas.

If that isn't you, then you are clearly either a child or a woman.

As for the original question. Some of us don't see the size of your penis as part of your worth unless you're referring to sex. Then a small one is an issue as is too big.

 

In the same way one might imagine it could be possible to be considered too much of a man.

If I was 20 now and I had the options that people now have, I would be doing something about that. As it is I am a happily married man to a woman who is happy that I am a man, and I am very content with that situation.

Trying to live a chastity lifestyle is really hard to do when most devices fall off when I turtle. When the little turtle decides to show himself again he is usually lined up with the tube and slides back in. My wife doesn't want me to get pierced. My understanding is that distribution of nerve endings in erogenous zones varies much more between women than men. Rather than size wouldn't sensitivity be the more meaningful measure (if we even need measurements)
