    Just recently been browsing dhgate looking at the Chinese knock offs and came across this one, and wonder if anyone has had experience with it yet. One option is also an anti slip ring.

    That's quite a curious device, though not sure how practical it is. Peeing is hard enough in a normal small cage but this looks like you'd just be peeing into a wall!
    I couldn't find this specific model with an allen key on dhgate. Do you have a link?

    i've been looking at the koala ones as well. They have a version of the munkin that has a plug to push penis further into body cavity. it comes with or without urethral tube. Very intriguing.

    I think you wud have to have that cos if you dint it wud just flop out the side cos there nothing to keep it in is there.

    It is one of the suppliers that sells on dhgate. I am in Canada and it appears that amazon.com has changed their shipping policies internationally. I can get the same one with the catheter on dhgate or the other site mentioned in the responses here, thanks for that info tho. I have to wait for it to show up on amazon.ca

    A very clear assessment of the reality of wee little things! :)
    Sadly, there was a goof-up on behalf of a national 'leader' denying the northern nation from being able to receive critical 'things' from a particular medical supply company based in the southern nation... As a result, many x-boarder merchants have had to button up their practices and the carriers have had to comply as well. Sorry to hear you'd have to go to the source in this case! Likewise, you can get things I can't!!! Tangible or virtual... You've got CBN and a show I love I can't watch for 2+ years after you can!

    I have this cage, it arrived Friday last week. Its an amazing experience, so only day 4 for me - though peeing is definitely a lot harder in this one.

    It came with a steel urethra plug (in original pic) however I didn't find this very effective. Instead I'm using one of the urethra (catheter) tubes that are 100mm or 10cm long, see pic.

    With this device, the tube goes in a lot further than on other devices I have, so its been a bit of an adjustment and had a little bit of blood. To pee, you have to move the balls out of the way and to avoid mess, pee as slowly as you can and I actually press around the skin (behind the ball ring) where you can feel the tube and squeeze a bit to reduce the flow. This works, but it means it takes at least 5 minutes to pee on average now!

    Still - for the results, I am enjoying the experience.

    It doesn't flop out the side, on the underneath there is another layer of ring which prevents that from happening. The Penis is well pushed back inside the body with this device.

    I(we) played a little with those... They require a bit of preparation and experimenting to get the right length and burr removal. I had to drill the inner diameter of all 3 metal pieces out a bit to get the best results for peeing. The vinyl tubing typically has fairly rough edges from 'factory cutting' and this may or may not be a contributing factor to the bleeding... I've had several goes with this design and have yet to really get much out of it other than discomfort and trial-by-error to decide to try something else... Good luck!

    So I have an update on this advice. After persisting with it for 2-3 weeks now I've made a huge amount of progress.

    • I've gone from using a 10cm silicone urethra/catheter tube (that I had from another device) to the provided steel urethra tube seen in the pic at the start of this post.
    • I have learned how to pee successfully with it and not make any mess. The pee goes through the metal tube each and every time, I only occasionally have to give my balls a quick wash.
    • I've been wearing it 24x7 now (apart from 5-10 mins a day where it is cleaned and the metal tube sterilised in boiling hot water). Its very comfortable and it suits my now very small member. Its getting used to residing inside my body.
    I plan on keeping with this device now for a good few months and by the end of the year moving into the "inverter" one where there is additional metal which further pushes the penis back inside the body.

    Great cage and despite initial frustrations and a bit of bleeding, I am very glad I've persisted with it. Pics in gallery.

    that the cage that i got now and it is very very comfy cage. the thingy that goes inside tho had to be made shorter for me cos it wud not all go in me cos im not very big. i do like it tho and it dont hurt like some ones do when its on for ages.

    For some reason it doesn't show both the urethral tube and the anti-slip ring being used together...I wonder why ?
