    It is really up to your keyholder but my opinion is yes if you make something other than pee come out it is an orgasum

    Done properly there is no orgasm. No contractions, no squeezing, no physical sensation of orgasm. Just a sensation of urgency and the slow warm oozing of prostate fluid draining involuntarily from your limp penis.

    There isn't even a need to unlock for a proper milking and certainly no need to stimulate the penis. The whole point is to remove the ability to actually ejaculate ( when the prostate gland is empty ejaculation is physically impossible) but not the desire/need to do so.

    There are anal orgasms and then there is prostate milking. Nope, not the same. A lot of semen can "dribble" out during prostate milking, but it's not ejaculation and when done properly, there are none of the other sensations of orgasm.

    Ejaculation and orgasm are two different things. Most people think it is the same because they are used to see both things happens at once (very close apart). With practice it can be divided so you can ejaculate without ever getting an orgasm.

    Milking is not IMHO an orgasm. I have been milked many times and I can say I really don't care for it. It's not my choice though. Massaging our prostrate and draining us takes the edge off for a while

    Having just recently achieved a prostate milking, I can confirm it is nothing like an orgasm. As @scottishsubby mentions, it is just a warm oozing out with no contraction or force behind it. It was very unlike an orgasm in that there was no pleasure achieved from this.

    Being new to chastity myself, does prostate milking relieve the desire to orgasm? I am trying to train myself to wear the cage longer - would prostate milking help to take the edge off and distract from focusing on my cock or would it take away from the purpose of chastity?

    In my experience it reduces the physical pressure to orgasm by the prostate being part emptied by the process. I get a lot of fluid out, around 5ml, so it definitely helps. The milking is quite stimulating so I still feel horny afterwards. But it takes me about 10 days to feel that urgent pressure again
