Mature Metal Jailbird. Just make sure the diameter is just a little larger than you are and the cage is shorter by 1/4 inch than you are flaccid. I am also uncut and can stay locked for months. I keep the foreskin pushed back with a Q-Tip so it does not protrude out the end of the cage. It will cost more up front but is so worth it.

 

Red chili chastity makes custom cages with different openings in the front designed for people with foreskin. I have a jailbird and while it is comfortable most of the time. My foreskin still does get pinched occasionally.

 

Skinny zip tie used on the front bars.
You then can move the ziptie up or down to stop skin from poking through.
I've found it stops soon from pinching.

 

The Cherry Keeper with Headlock is in testing to confirm that it's good at keeping the foreskin rolled back, still waiting on feedback from the tester. In essence, it's a tighter ring within the cage right behind the corona that should keep the foreskin from rolling forward when you get the size tight enough.

 

Same problem, I just keep the skin pulled back when I put the cage on. It's annoying, BUT I love my skin.

 

I’ve left my foreskin retracted for about 10 years so it wasn’t a big deal when I started wearing a lock and with foreskin retracted, the lock doesn’t need to come off as frequently for cleaning. I’ve tried to find a device that will let me keep covered again but it always gravitates back with movement throughout the day.

 

I find the Looker 02, or similar styled cage, works well. Admittedly my foreskin barely covers my glans, so there's not a lot of loose flesh to get pinched. The 'cap' at the end of the device ensures everything is neatly protected, and therefore makes the Looker 02 more comfortable for me than more open devices. It depends how much foreskin you've got I suppose.
