I know there are a couple of threads on this already, so apologies for starting another one. I didn't want my questions to get "lost".

I am thinking of putting a slave into permanent denial, and have found this article:

    http://en.allexperts.com/q/Urology-Male-issues-989/Male-Chastity.htm

I thought it was quite interesting, and wondered what your views were on it?

    Thank you :)

I found your email interesting, very interesting! I am from Kent, England, into chastity since January 2006 on and off, and I am currently looking for a play partner / domme to help keep me chaste on a permanent basis! Pardon my asking, but if things don't work out with your existing slave, this here chastity slave from Kent, England is into permanent chastity! wink, wink, nudge, nudge!

As for the link, here is what I have to say...

Based on what I have read, the information on the web site that you have posted backs up what I have read also. It appears to be sound medical advice and supports what I have read also.

My last ruined orgasm was in August 2009 (my last pleasurable orgasm was in July 2009). Yet, despite being self deined a ruined orgasm since August 2009, biologically I feel fine and suffer from no discomfort in my groin or prostate area. I feel fine, phsycially and mentally, despite long term denial which I would like to be permanent.

Likewise, there is no established medical link concerning a lack of ejaculations and prostate cancer. This myth came about due to some surveys that were conducted in the USA and Australia. Currently, Oncologists (cancer specialists) do NOT know what causes prostate cancer, although there are risk factors such as age, ethnicity, hireditary and genes, diet and poor lifestyle, etc. Currently, a lack of ejaculations or too many ejaculations is NOT considered a cause of prostate cancer, as there is no established medical link.

I hope this answers your query. Feel free to PM me if you like.

    Hi :),

I guess that's a valid concern, but we're pretty good at giving a response here.. don't be too worried about questions getting lost (if they do, you can always bump them yourself!).

I read the article (with my wife looking over my shoulder), it also runs with what I've read.. that some effort to drain the prostate in the realm of once a month wouldn't be a bad idea.

As to how to go about this, well prostate massage is the only real way unless you feel VERY generous to your sub. If you don't like the idea of giving prostate massage with fingers (it can be quite tiring on the fingers apparently) then a strapon can be a working substitute for some subs.

Also, don't be disappointed if you take time to develop a technique and find what works.. it takes a LOT of practice. It's taken me years of playing with my bottom to get a few drops from prostate massage (although a lot of that could be due to me not being kept denied long enough).

Other than that, there isn't any medical reason I'm aware of that would keep you from locking him up permanently (assuming you have hygiene and all that sorted). IF anything comes up, no pun intended, you can sort it out when it happens!

    All the best :character0028:

I love that article. It's nice to see an answer from a Doctor, instead of the oft-repeated urban legend that milking is required.

I can say from my own personal long stints, that I see cloudy urine, at times. It's pretty clear to me that my prostate can drain itself just fine, thank you, when it needs to! lol

I think some of you are just getting used to having blue balls! Is that a good thing or is not the reason supposed to be that your in serious need??? ;-)

The Australian study which is mentioned once was I think mostly discounted. However this one uses a large population and shows some numbers that I think are very difficult to ignore.

    http://articles.sfgate.com/2004-04-07/news/17424030_1_prostate-cancer-sexual-activity-cancer-deaths

For men Prostate Cancer is #2! A very serious problem and I think good reason to do what you can to avoid it.

"In their formal account of their findings, the authors seemed to play down the apparent protective effects of male orgasm, in part because there is no agreement as to what might account for the protection."

Frankly I think a body part that is designed to operate regularly thats left "clogged" just has to be some kind of factor in this.

If we were to accept that this is true and regular operation is desired does that take away the concept of male chastity? Is this still not about "control" of when, where and how the male is allowed to orgasm or be milked, ruined etc?

For women who wish to totally deny their subs? I dunno.

For those that just want to focus male sexual energy on the female under her control does this really change things? And of course for those who need / want this to be trained and will eventually be released full time?

Either way I think take your Saw Palmetto, keep an eye on your hormone levels and climax regularly in some fashion.
