Dear all - important information to all members

Dear All - Jens speaking:

I have been stucked in real life issues for long, and have apart from paying all the bills, been invisible and an obstacle in the day to day operations on CM . Only I have had ADMIN rights, and name changes, deletion of memberships upon request etc.

In the days to follow I will provide more insights om my reasons to return, but for now I will announce 4 major changes that will come into affect within days, - yes some has already taken place while I write this to You All.

1. I have decided to take on a partner. And the Partner is wellknown to a lot of You. It is @L-u-c-y
She is new fresh air to CM, and with very good understanding of the dynamics of the lifestyle, good skill in new social platforms, has refreshing ideas on how to expand CM, and to become more attractive to females and newcomers, and I could go on. So I have sold a part of CM to her.
@L-u-c-y will together with me define the policies for the future of CM, taking good care of the legacy, and at the same time renew and implement new features and address even more users. And to make it very clear: WE WILL NOT TURN CM INTO AN UGLY PORN SITE. On the contrary, we will set standards that will make it hard for the less ethical sites related to the lifestyle to obtain momentum.
Please welcome @L-u-c-y as my partner. And prepare for an initial outline of the main strategies for the future of CM. We are both excited that this is finally happening.

2. I have formed a Management team with Administrator rights. @L-u-c-y and @Mistress Jules will be the new Management team. I am therefore free from day to day operations and can focus om the development of CM. I'm Thrilled! Please embrace and support the management team. They will be in charge of the moderators, and guide and support them in their work to rule and guide according to good ethics and CM policies as they are to be implemented. A demanding task for sure, so please be nice

3. I have talked @tcpsynack into becoming CMs permanent Chief Engineer, and he will assist me in implementing new features and the technical restructuring. I am thrilled to have him by my side. He will have admin rights too, but will not interfere with day-to-day operations, moderating or defining policies. But he will help us all to make the transitions as smooth as possible!

4. I havde decided to finance a huge upgrade on the CM server, to speed it all up, and prepare for a lot of new users Exciting news for all of us... we will start to work on this in just couple of days. More info to follow.

Lucy and Mistress Jules has already been given administrator status, and the two currently working on a shortlist for the future moderator setup. I would like to thank All current moderators for their dedicated work to keep CM free from harm or collapse during my absence. I am full of admiration. And to all of You who has been frustrated by lack of management: Frustrating times are soon over. The backlog of tasks will be addressed shortly.

Right now first step is being implemented- Mistress Lucy doing the hard work of implementing after numerous "management meetings".
The restructuring of CM. Next will be New Features, launched just after the transfer to new stronger servers. Some of he new features do demand horsepower !
