Custom urethral tube / hollow plug

    I am looking to find a way to have a hollow plug/penis tube for long term wear with my chastity cage. The intention is to create a comfortable and clean stream of pee to make long term wear more hygienic and less problematic when peeing in public etc.

    My thoughts are somewhat similar to the idea of the tube on a looker02, but I don't want to buy a steelworxx cage (nothing wrong with it, just not to our taste).

    I have tried numerous options on the market and wondering if I need to go custom made, and thus if anyone knows someone who makes stuff like this?

    From what I've seen and tried on the market there have been a few issues:

    1) Comfort
    2) Safety
    3) Quality
    4) Hole diameter for urine flow

    I have tried Cheap/chinese flexible silicone tube but have been concerned that the metal tip might become dislodged from the hose over time and I will have a random piece of metal migrating to my bladder and causing all kinds of problems. The hose and plug diameter is quite small thus restricting urine flow.

    I have tried a hollow stainless steel plug bought from China but they are a bit too long and they have a 3mm hole which makes urinating slow, sometimes painful, and messy. I'm also concerned about the metal quality.

    I have tried a tetherspout which has a much bigger 6mm hole but that is still a bit small for me when it comes to urine flow, and so pee flows out around it and makes the cage messy.

    Ideally I think I need a 7-8mm hole for pee flow (and about a 9-10mm tube diameter) so I figure this would need to be a custom made object.

    I also want it made out of titanium or at least medical stainless if possible. I'm less concerned with cost, and more concerned with comfort, fitment, and usability.

    Any help, advice, or pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    sorry I should clarify — I already own a cage and love it — I just need/want the plug.

    Steelwerks don't do this kind of stuff.
    Steelworxx does make a plug but only for their Looker02

    When you tried a Tetehrspout, did you use it by itself or did you have a retainer in place as well? A properly fitted retainer should have sealed off the flow around the spout

    I had a retainer in. In fact I ended up having to manufacture a custom retainer due to my large urethral opening but it still came out around. Due to the large retainer as well, it meant I was getting an aching cock after a day or so.

    I figured that going a little deeper than a tetherspout can would mean a better seal.

    Evotion makes titanium PA pins. I think I have seen one with pass through hole. The custom design and 3D print. You might ask them.

    I strongly suspect Steelworxx.de will make custom titanium plugs for you. While his site shows only a 6mm o.d. tube, he will make them in 8mm or 10mm. And while they are intended for his cages (I have a looker 1) I get the feeling he’d do anything you needed that his tools will support.

    I just ordered an 8mm to replace the removable 6mm one I had because I had the same bypass issue you noted. I’m learning that Dietmar is willing to do more than what is listed on his website.

    I had one of these, and they worked great for the most part. Very soft, very flexible, and I did not bypass urine. The only trouble I had was keeping it in my MM Jailbird. The silicone flanges didn’t fit the bars of the MM cages well.

    I think it is a sound option for other cages perhaps.

    did you ever solve your issue? I am currently using one of the ternence hollow plug addons that is 7ish mm wide and like you i find it not wide enough. Wonder if there is some kind of retainer that can be added to the steel ones?
