Custom part creation help?

    Hey,

    So I recently bought a tetherspout and found with much discomfort and pain. I now sadly need to get a custom part made as even the 26fr retainer is to uncomfortable for me to wear.

    Does anybody in the UK or Europe have experience with getting a custom steel part made rather cheaply? I've been quoted £50+ when I'd like to spend £10-20 maximum.

    If I understand you right, you were able to install the spout and retainer but experience discomfort while wearing it. That is unusual, unless you actually forced things and caused some internal damage during installation, or you are somehow exerting a constant strong pull on the spout.

    Note that if the 26Fr retainer is too big for easy insertion, getting a smaller retainer made may not solve your problem, as the standard spout flange is 25.5Fr.

    Have you used the Tether Products sizing sound to measure your urethral opening? If so, what size did you measure?
