    Scott Paul is also awesome for customer service: I've had him replace my pinwheel when it fell apart almost two years after I bought it.

    Agreed; first one I've tried that actually worked for me (and I was tempted to get their one-way blindfold).

    Alas, I haven't had much opportunity to use mine; in particular I wonder what having a leash attached to it would be like ;-)

    the customs stuff sucks...been there on quite a few things I've bought from the US.
