Nailed it.

I can seemingly go indefinitely, if I'm permitted to cuddle with her and pleasure her.

But if she has no interest in physical contact, it really hurts deep inside.

I don't need orgasms, but I do need to feel physically desired and appreciated.

I am getting better at understanding and being patient with her physical limitations (hormonal, stress, tiredness, or whatever the cause is). So I'm learning to deal with "the desert" (the lack of intimacy) when it occurs. It still sucks, but I want to learn to deal with it on my own (for at least a few days), instead of adding another stress to her life.
