I had a skin reaction to a knock off cobra cage. Unfortunately, it was the most comfortable cage I have worn. Has anyone had a reaction to a knock off and then been ok with the real thing?

It wasn’t with a cage, but I reacted to some cheap but plugs, but haven’t had any problems from the doc Johnson range, and I’m sure some else posted about reacting to a knock off holy trainer device, but was fine with the proper thing. But that was a while ago!

I had the same reaction (many others as well). Really severe rash. Took about 4 days to clear up. Too bad because I like the light weight.

I bought my cobra from e-bay and found I developed a bad reaction skin rash which took some time to clear up. Love the fit and the lightness of it but can not wear the resin based chastity devices due to this . I did try it one more time to make sure it was the raisin and within an hour of wearing it the rash came back.

Well, I sprung for the real thing from Kink 3d because it’s such a comfortable cage. I’m 2 days in and no sign of reaction. I’ll let you guys know if that changes. So far, it seems like the real thing is made from better material.

Had the same rash here. There are some cobra chastity on eBay in metal, I will probably give them a go, as you all mentioned, the cobra is one of the most comfortable ones. I've had similar rash with cherry keeper, so it's not limited to a particular brand of cheap products...

So far the real Cobra has been great. I took a chance and it seems to have paid off. They’re not cheap though.
