chinese CB6000s metal and pullouts (40mm)

hi i have recently received a Chinese chrome cb600s with a 40mm base and its a bit to long when i am soft but what is more worrisome is that when i go to the bathroom and sit down i have to hold onto it for fear of it sliding off on its own. so it would be very easy for me to take this device off.. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where i should go to from here. I am glad i bought this cheap device first to test sizes out before spending $100-$250 .

 

argh i just measured it and the company sent me a 45mm instead of a 40 so that might Episcopalian things but id still like to get a device thats shorter in the tube length if there are any recommendations i think i might like to step up to a custom made device
