Chat pop up menu does not display on iPad/iPhones

    Some users find that the chat pop up menu in the bottom right corner of the browser window does not appear when they ar using iPad or iPhone devices. Is this because the site view such devices as "mobile" and so does not display the chat menu? Users with this issue can use the main Messenger menu at top, but is there a way to display the pop up menu for these devices?

    I’ve been having this issue 3 days now I use a iPad and it did work

    I think @L-u-c-y addressed this elsewhere some time ago and the answer to your question is "Yes" they are treated as mobile devices.

    Much work was done to try and get it right but in the end a workaround was provided.

    It's not so much what the "management" consider mobile, more the platform developers, AFAIK.
