    Are there any vibrators that could be inserted 'inside' the cage itself? Something like urethral vibrator but without the urethral part.

    Where would be the fun in that for the dominant woman. Little caged men are best kept frustrated in my mind. ;)

    In most devices, the cage itself turns into a vibe if you apply one to it. I have a cage that is somewhat immune to it because the vibration goes through the piercing prong and causes pain, but most I believe you just need to apply it to the device.
