It did start before 2016 but had trouble finding one that would not slip off my sissy balls. Ever since i had a vascectomy many years ago left nut like to pull up and would always slip out of device by going up inside body. We finally found one that prevented that in August 2016. I have since got smaller as time has gone on and now into a Macro size chastity. in a little under 3 months i will have been locked up for 3 yrs. Only allowed out for timed cleaning. Have since adjusted so doesn't look lop sided..giggles
