    Hi guys, I am a new user of the chastity device, but I had some problems with my testicles.

    I used a chastity cage this year (<10 times), and each lasted < 30min. But on Jul 3rd, after using the cage, one of my testicles felt a sense of fall, it's like it detached from my body.

    I haven't used the case since then but I did masturbate. Did anyone have a similar issue? I booked an appointment with the doctor but it's one week later, but I am truly concerned now. I am really grateful if anyone would offer me some help, Thx!

    I can’t think of anything that could have been caused by a cage that wouldn’t have caused immediate excruciating pain. Even if you cut the blood supply off for an hour, your testicles would be fine. I’ve never heard of the symptoms you describe.

    Usually the testicles chords are long enough to prevent sudden pull that would result in a testicle ‘falling’ off. In fact instead of falling away, entanglement of the chords is more of an issue. But then again im no specialist. Pain is always a tell tale sign, and you are not having any of it. Hope everything is ok.
