Just my opinion, but the short the cage part is the better… it is just a lot easier to wear through the day. You can probably fit into something a lot smaller then you would originally think.

 

Go for the shorter length…. It keeps the penis better in check that there is a device restricting its engorgement should there be any arousal.. 50mm for the ring might be biggest already for most.. but you can try to sleep in it..if you are able to sleep soundly thru.. it is most probably the right size if no ball slips thru. I would choose the curved ring.. it allows the balls to be closer to the body and not being kept pushed outwards. 45mm is most ideal unless you have very very high and tight balls

 

Personally I would stay away from hinged base rings (like the S100 you're considering).

During an erection attempt the bottom of the base ring is going to be applying lots of pressure at the 6:00 position and it's going to slide along the backside of your scrotum. Any pinch points there should be minimized.

As for length, 1-2 cm shorter than my flaccid length, and a little wider let's things comfortably bunch up, discouraging erections and prevents turtling.

You can get pretty close to those measurements without going custom made, check out eBay, Amazon, DHGate. You can spend as little as $20, get a few with slightly different sizes.

In regard to House of Denial, I think they just buy from eBay etc and then mark up the price, so you as well go direct via eBay etc and save some money.

 

If you contact before your purchase, house of denial will be able to send you different sized base rings.
Like you I had my concerns with the size initially, but after a month or so you’ll be looking for a smaller cage…

I think after a while it will be ok. I’m in a cage 4 cm smaller than my flaccid size, however I don’t think I could have gone straight into it from the offset.
Went from 7cm total length, to 6cm now in 5.5cm. All from house of denial. Currently the JTS s203 as my wife wanted me more enclosed rather than fighting out of the bars.

 

please you must got a big willy cos them cages you showed am all big ones but make sure that all the metal is stainlee steel and then it wont go rusty like your old cage has.

 

Have to agree with the King, shorter is better. You already know the the longer lets you get an erection. I would bet with time you’d want shorter.

(if thats your case) I have the same style ring and also the same kind of device which takes a urathal insert.. not used by the way... Urinating is ok if your lined up correctly, sometimes need to tug and pull to adjust it or its not easy in the mornings...
