How tight should the cb-6000 be? The ring moves up when hard causing a tight burning feeling at night when hard. how does the ksd-3 work? It says prevents pull out. But I can not pull out with the largest ring and spacers so is there any point?

The key (pun intended!) is trial & error I'm afraid, there is no black and white answer.

There are 5 rings, so start smaller and if after a few minutes/hours/whatever you feel that you're going to pass out, then that ring is too small so chage it to the next size up!

You'll know when you've found the right ring as you will be able to wear it and forget it's there.

Same for the spacers, try different length pins and spacers until you strike the right balance.

For example, I'm a "middle" sized guy as I wear my CB6000 with the middle sized ring and the middle sized KSD G3.

I use the shortest locking pin & a small spacer and that works for me.

    Patience is your friend!

    Good luck!
