CB6000 patent

    Hi all... it looks like teh days of copying CB6000 might be over soon.

    Has anyone else seen this?

    this design has more ventilation holes than the cb6000

    Sadly, having a patent or copyright is one thing, being able to enforce it is an entirely different matter. I have had lots of my designs ripped off in the Far East and about all you can do is put a bit of a crimp in the importation into the US and Europe. Its next to impossible to nail down the ebay outlets that operate out of Hong Kong and the other shady net traders.

    The best thing is to sell your product at a competitive price from the outset so its no too attractive to rip-off, and then back you product and keep the QC right so no-one wants a badly made rip-off anyway.
