Hello, The CB series comes with a group of four (or possibly three) spacers that can be used to set the distance between the cage and the ball ring. I am trying to determine the length of the longest spacer. I have written to the folks at CB-X and I am dumbfounded that they say they don't know and have no way of telling me. I then asked if someone could just take a ruler and measure the length of the longest spacer - and got no answer. (WTF?) So I'm turning to the community for help, please. Could someone please just let me know what the length of the longest spacer is? The reason I need to know is that I need at least a 1/2" gap to avoid chafing. For all the cages I've tried so far, the gap is generally about 8 mm, and the skin is pressed so tight that it's rubbed raw within 8-12 hours. I need more like 12-13 mm. Thank you everyone!
