I am having another go with a foreskin piercing. I do not want a PA. I use a captive ball ring with an attached light chain attached for security. The ring can and does sometimes protrude through the cage so is accessible. My question is what steps can I take to prevent me from opening the ring easily? I've tried gluing the ball with superglue but that wears off fairly quickly. Does a thick gauge ring work? I would really appreciate any effective practical suggestions.

Captive balls can usually be popped out, but often cannot be put back without pliers.

With a segment ring it is difficult or impossible to remove the segment without ring spreading pliers.
