Yes, Paraphimosis is exactly condition I read about long time ago! Thanks for reminder and covering topic in more detail.

Regarding glans, AFAIK if it's not protected by foreskin, it dries out and covers with thick layer (i guess of dead cells, maybe it's "Skin keratosis"... no sure exacly how it works), anyway, I was reading some thread on some medical post of people who were circumcised and later were trying to revert this process medically, and they were struggling with reverting process of that happens for head dried for extended periods of time.

Therefore putting it "once per week" does not make experiment, experiment is to wear it for months, but then result may be unrevertable, so I will pass. However I understand that it may work for you and others, and I am glad with that - looks like very interesting solution. Maybe my Key Holder will get inspired and ask me to wear at some point for short period of time - we will see.

 

You sock solution sounds good, I just didn't find yet "cage size" right one . (maybe condom? finger of glove?...)

I am waiting for order of big diameter "Heat-Shrinking Tubing" tube, so I will see it that's helpful for DIY (alone or combined with something). Maybe this also could be helpful in come way.

 

heat shrink should be removalbe, it's not glue.

The idea is to use it only on a top to form nice "cap" that could be removable (and used only for short periods of time, e.g. walks or bike)
