if you get used to a small enough spacer it is not physically possible to slip your balls out. it took me about a month to get used to a small enough spacer where my smaller ball didn't keep popping out. i never tried to pull my cock out, i would be afraid that i wouldn't be able to get it back in. it's enough of a struggle just to get it on in the first place.
