I am an uncut grower to.
I was looking at the sissy cage from Red Chili. This has extra bars at the front to prevent the foreskin or glans to be touched. they are quite busy at their shop so ordering would take months, so I had the exact same model made by badassworkroom on Etsy. Very communicative guy, great work and superfast shipping. I am in it now for 4 days straight and I like it very much!

@Annemarie do you have any pictures you could share or even privately? Does it help to hold the foreskin back for staying clean?

I am waiting for my Lori's 16 with retainer ring, which I hope will solve the foreskin problem and also be more secure and hygienic. The retainer ring sits behind the penis head and is attached to a rod which alows it to pivot. Having experimented before ordering, the ring around the glanis sits across the ferenium of the penis thus slightly retracting the lower part of the foreskin preventing it from rolling forward in front of the penis head. The rest of the foreskin can role forward over the penis head as normal but does not go right to the penis tip due to the slight retraction at the ferenium. Also if you suffer from Turtling, this can't happen as the penis head is secured via the retainer ring at the front of the cage. Lori's have even worked out a different positioning of the pivot rod that holds the retainer ring just for guys with forskins to make it more comfortable. I am eagerly awaiting its arrival. Be aware 1 these cages are bespoke and not cheap 2 that Ms Lori has massive demand for her devices, and Mike who makes them for her (who is an artist in 316 stainless Steel) works on his own. I ordered mine last May and I am still 13th in the Q now, so expect a wait. However Ms Lori is by far the best comunicator and most knowlagable maker I have come accross so if you want to wear a totaly secure bespoke work of of art that will keep you eternally frustrated, it may be worth an enquiry.

 

hi, this is the link to the cage. I made a few small changes to it. Like a ergonomic ring an a gap between cage and ring of 8mm. And of course my preferred measurements.
Ik can slip the foreskin back with my fingers for cleaning. And the extra bars at the end of the cage help protect the foreskin.

As an uncut grower, I have no problems turtling or foreskin rolling over the glans by itself.

The skin stays in its place behind the glans even when I'm not wearing a cage.
I use Evotion Wearables #8 which has a collar inside the tube, positioned just behind the glans. It keeps the skin back very effectively. The internal collar and especially the PA lock prevent turling. It also helps that the cage has proper measurements, the stuff inside the cage does not move.

It took me quite a while to get the foreskin to stay back. There was some swelling and even some pain during the time when I started to keep the skin pulled back, but eventually things settled nicely. Just a bit longer time every day, and every time the swelling started to appear, I gave up for the day to start again the next day. But penises and foreskins are like snowflakes, there are no two alike.

 

I tried keeping the foreskin back, which it will do on me but found that I was getting swelling in the underside of the foreskin after a day or two. This continued for a long time so I have had to go back to the foreskin being forward. Glad you got your foreskin issue sorted. As you say everyone anatomy is different and reacts differently.

I’m locked for 3-5 days 24/7 periodically and I found that my foreskin now flips back almost permanently even when I’m flaccid. Do any of you experience this? Rather weird feeling as my penis head is constantly exposed and in contact with the cage and my pants. Is this how cut guys feel everyday?? It also makes my penis head feel rather dry. And frankly sad.

My ball sack has also grown with this experience.

I have posted some thoughts on forskins and my current positive experiences with pulling it back.

 

Question - Am I reading it right: the ring is placed behind the head preventing the foreskin sliding forward and keeping it in place preventing pullout?

 

Curious to know how this works?

 

Everything I read so far indicates that a PA or a belt are the only solutions, I am inclined towards the belt but I would like to know if any are comfortable long term for 24/7 wearing. Devices I tried so far just get uncomfortable, especially at night as I like to sleep on my front a lot.

 

As far as I know a Thether spout is also a pretty secure option

 

More than just "pretty secure"...
Like a PA, it's physically impossible to pull out of a Thether spout that has the pin secured because the pin has to be pushed back inside the urethra to be able to remove the disc.

 

I have been unable to find a comfortable device for 24/7 wear. I sleep on my front, so it needs to be comfortable and not bulky. Is there such a device? Maybe a silicon one, or are they too difficult to keep clean in? Should I just go with a belt with a metal cage?

 

I wear a MM jail bird never a problem wear it all the time 24/7

 

I considered searching for a device that had a double-mesh layer similar to female belts with their primary and their secondary perforated. Of course, they dont seem to exist for cage designs yet, but ive given up on that considering I can pull out of all the cages.

 

I recently had some “cuts” on my foreskin and I can’t tell if it’s wearing the cage too much or from other things. Anyone with this experience? Light scratches on my foreskin particularly at the tip. I got a feeling it’s when the foreskin sticks out of the cage and rubs against the edges of the holes of the cage.

 

ouchy. if i was you i wud get some very very fine sandy paper and rub the end of your cage and make it all nice and smooth and shiny.

 

Dried ejaculate on the cage can be quite rough, sharp even. On a bedsheet, it soaks in and just feels hard, on a cage it dries, and when the edge of the stain lifts or breaks that's when it can get abrasive. It can be almost transparent when it dries so not always obvious.

 

I found the points of intrigue to be a excellent anti pull out for the CB cages.

 

I just go smaller. I have CK Micro and no issues.

I would do CK innie if I could.
