    after only four days, (my longest lock up so far) blue balls are causing intense pain all day.

    What are you guys doing to get around this?

    A cage should not cause lasting pain. If it is then you have a bad fit.

    If you are talking about the psychological pain, that you just have to push through. If you are adding stimulation to the situation (watching porn, reading erotica, etc...) then remove that for a period of time.

    Could be just that you are very excited this early into your lock up and have a big build up semen without getting chance to release it. If so it will probably ease off over time as your initial excitment starts to fade or it be that the locking ring is a little too tight.

    Can you fit a finger comfortably inside the locking ring whilst it is being worn?

    No locking cockring present. I’m using a full belt with just a cock tube.
    The tube is quite long but curved meaning I CAN get pretty large erections and stay aroused but since I can’t get straight or “point up” cuming is not possible.
