    I know this condition is part and parcel with the chastity lifestyle, but I am really feeling it today. Wife provided a rare tease and denial session last night and I feel like I'm going to explode today. Any tips from you veterans out there?

    I used to get blue balls if I played for a number of days and didn't orgasm (the classic definition, right?) Now, with chastity, I rarely if ever have the condition, and I am teased and aroused and denied daily! Not sure what's going on here but I can't say I'm complaining.

    The only thing that helps me is a good night's sleep so the body can absorb the extra fluid it had been creating all day.
    A couple times getting to orgasm was actually more painful that having the blue balls had been

    I usally pee seamen all day when I have major blue balls...they are sore for a while but after a natural download when peeing it goes away after 12 hours or so..

    Getting a vasectomy will put a stop to that. Got one 15 years ago and no blues balls since then.

    I had a vasectomy as well and I don't get them as often, but I still get them. Ice is useful to try to get rid of a hard on (although I usually use a bag of frozen peas), but I agree with @Steve-0 that it is torture for blue balls. Unfortunately for me my body took care of the problem a different way. Developed lower back pain and it got so bad I had to lay down and take a muscle relaxant. Funny enough I totally forgot about my blue balls.

    Yep, blue balls have not been an issue since having my vasectomy (open ended technique).
    Had such bad blue balls before the vasectomy that tease and denial was out of the question.

    I am teased multiple times a day, and my record is 15 days without at least a ruined orgasm. My balls started to ache after 2 weeks and then she gave me a ruined orgasm, which solved the problem. I'm on day 9 today and so far so good.

    In about 2 weeks into what will feel like forever. Our previous record was 3 weeks.

    She threw the keys into a timed safe last night and made me set the timer on it for her.
    132 days 22 hours and 22 minutes. It won't be opening until my birthday. Hopefully, If I'm lucky she won't have decided she loves it too much to let me out and just resets the timer.
    Yes we both want to experience going a very long time without unlocking me for any reason that is not an emergency
