The cage in my avatar is my old cage which is a little to big but I could manage to sleep in that the problem was I could pull out easy so I got a smaller cage there is a photo in my gallery which fits like a glove l forget I have it on most of the time but I soon remember it's there at 3 in the morning. Have sex, clean up and put your cage straight back on for the night. You could even make a thing of it, now that she's had her use of your penis, she can keep you denied again. The easiest way to establish a habit or routine, is to just keep regularly doing the thing you want to become a habit or routine.

If you'd like her to be more dominating, then to balance you need to become more submissive.

I am very submissive but my wife is also more submissive than dominant. She will tell me not to wear the cage however as I have a long term plan to wear a cage I am self locking whenever possible to allow my body to become comfortable with this on.
