This makes no sense so I have to wonder if anyone else has experienced this. Sleeping in a cage can be “less than comfortable” and causes me to make multiple trips to pee as well as just causing me to wake up. I definately wake up and get moving earlier and actually feel more awake all day long. I would think that I would be tired the next day but actually find I’m far more productive the next day.

I have been on an extended break from hormones after a medical issue so being off hormones makes the cage a bit more challenging with the annoying night time erection attempts. My lovely KH has been enjoying keeping th8ngs locked up lately for many days at a time so this has really got noticeable. Thoughts?

I sleep in my chastity cage every night. I either wear a CB3000 or my HT2. In fact I alternate as that seems on avoid issues.

I love the feeling of waking up with a full cage!

At first I felt too much pain in the night, but now I moisturize the ring - problem solved!

I like being locked 24/7 so sleeping is just something I grin and bare lol. It’s gotten way better since when I first started. I have the cb-6000s and the HT3.
I do find the HT3 pulls my balls at night more then the Cb but it only lasts a few min so I’ll live.

Yes, I get all those, the painful erections, the loss of sleep, the need to get up to pee, but for some it's important for chastity to be full-time, not part-time, even if the only time you're unlocked is when you're asleep. The discomfort can be worked around, but going through that is also part of becoming and feeling more submissive.
It's also a matter practicalities, if you want or need to be physically unable to get the key, then if your keyholder is away from home at all, it's impossible to not have a full-time regime.

It also means that even if you're strong, she can't just roll over to your side and fancy a spot of piv!

I am locked 24/7 and its always been 24/7 whenever I've been locked previously. It is vary rare I don't wake up with either an erection or an attempt at one dependent upon the confines of the cage/tube.

My partner says she too really enjoys the sensation of me being woken up by trying to fill my cage.

Lots of mixed feelings about it, it does feel good, it is frustrating, it does serve as yet another reminder whether you need one or not that you are being locked and denied by and for someone who wants to do that to you. and all the rest of it.

I'd much rather have all those sensations and feelings than not.

I find I wake up a few times testing the strength of the cage!! But without, I don’t attempt to “enjoy” the time without it.

Two of my cages are a little shorter than the third; I find that wearing the shorter ones stops any erection attempts at all.

This is not my preferred option - I really enjoy the deliciously frustrating squished feeling produced by a restrained erection pushing at the cage.

I think I've only once had to get up in the night for a wee.
However, I do notice that I seem to wake up quicker when caged. Something about the inhibited morning wood and urge to pee gets the blood flowing more quickly!

I can't say sleeping in chastity makes me any more wakeful in the morning, but surprisingly the disturbances to sleep aren't making me any less wakeful either. So far--I'm just getting started.

I wish i could sleep caged without waking up. i guess it's because my job is very tiring but after a couple of nights i really feel it. I've only tried to do it a couple of times though so maybe i just need to be tough and go for it and hope to break through a pain/sleep barrier.

Before being married I'd sometimes sleep in a cage and the feeling of waking up and discovering you're locked was a powerful and humbling feeling. Maybe I would call it a good ego check even though it was a case of self-locking.

I had trouble with sleeping through early on in our journey. But once well accustomed to my cage (and having a customized steel cage that fits correctly) I sleep through with no trouble. There is still pressure on the cage first thing in the morning but that subsides very quickly.

I recently got a Fitbit watch that, amongst other things, measures my sleep patterns. The thing that has shocked me more than anything is the amount of times I 'wake up' in the night, and yet I am utterly unaware of it at the time. It is not unusual for this to happen 20 or 30 times per night. The fact that I wake up a little more than I would normally if I am wearing a device probably doesn't affect me as much as I would have expected it to. I am more tired the next day if I have a late night or drink alcohol as this interferes with the pattern of sleep that I have seen develop in the three months I have worn the Fitbit.

When I was working in the mornings at 7am it was great! I was wearing a device that seemed to wake me at 5 A.M., I would go and pee, I would settle back in, but was never tired.

I was probably the very most productive I’ve ever been. Not to mention it was a breeze to give her morning attention every day.

My current device doesn’t wake me and I’m always tired now...plus i work nights too.

Knowing that even if I wanted to pleasure myself that I can’t is monumental. Definitely takes me down a notch. But, also has made us closer on more than a physical level and knowing what I do isnt strictly for my pleasure feels more complete

On my side I discover that if the cage is a bit too big and let you expand you won't sleep as you just began an erection and it is compromised, your penis is trying again and again to get hard all night.

On a very tight or short one you don't have this problem. You also need a few night to get used to and be conditionned to it, at least a good week or more. Even if you are only locked at night.

I am also uncunt, maybe it's different for cut people, the top should be more sensible.

Well there is a few inches behind my balls inside of me that gets hard lol not sure if that’s normal or not. My cage fits perfect and so does the ring.
It’s not as bad as when I first started wearing it at night, or maybe I’m just getting used to it. I wake up and squeeze the hardness under my balls and soon after it softens and I go back to sleep. I’ll live with it I’d rather be locked day and night.

You do not say how many hours sleep you had before chastity maybe to much. It is the REM sleep that is the core of restoring one for the next day which is only a small part of the night. The fact you feel great is very much my current experience of denial before adding the device next week.

I keep my cage on day and night and feel kinda naked without it, when i first started i would wake up all the time but this has lessoned now that im used to the sensation. I still wake up with alot of pressure first thing but after a visit to WC everything is back to normal.

How long may I ask have you been locked up and did it take before sleep returned to normal. Which device do you use?

It takes a week or two to get used to sleeping in it. Your brain has to get used to the idea that as soon as you start getting an erection, you have to go pee so you can go back to sleep. I find that my dreams are much more vivid so I think I’m getting a lot more REM sleep.

Hi CB Henry, ive been locked up on and off ... more on than off since about the middle of January this year.
My cage is a slightly modified plastic small handsome cock cage i got from Amazon, the only thing ive done is glue in the gaps in the front and back of the ring as they caused too much pain for long time wearing :)

be aware that it takes different amounts of time for different people to adjust to sleeping with a cage. Some people can manage almost straight away... some cam take months. As I mentioned earlier, making sure that your cage is a good fit is "really" important.

So if you've only just started and are struggling don't despair. You'll get there eventually.
