    The design it’s self isn’t bad other than 2 things.

    1 the hinged ring. They always seem to cause irritation or pinching

    2 the way the cage locks to the ring isn’t that secure in that it could cause pinching

    I have my usual reservations about accessibility with that cage, I do find that lack of guide pins or having an integrated lock leaves far less scope for preventing the cutting off of the blood supply to your bits.

    Each to their own at all times and in all situations.... but I would take no pleasure in wearing that particular device.
