Are "internal erections" safe?

    Just upgraded to a much smaller and more comfortable device for long-term wear.

    My only concern is that since this new device leaves little to no room to grow, my erections sort of turn "inward", causing my pubic area to become swollen, firm, and extended.

    Is this ok? Should I be concerned?

    It’s just the uncaged part of your penis erecting. If your device is so small such that your penis is all pushed inside and no part is really in a cage, same applies but it’s the entire penis. If its not painful or unbearably uncomfortable then I would not personally worry. I am not a medical professional and am speaking from limited personal experience. I rather like the feeling of part of my penis filling with blood and the caged part struggling and failing repeatedly until it all subsides. It tells me the cage is working as intended and expected.

    That's the way it's supposed to be. She's taken control of your erections and you dont have them like a man anymore. She calls them "intrections", and I crave them as my remaining self-enjoyment.

    No you have nothing to worry about just enjoy the feeling and obey. Your body will adjust to its new home smaller the cage the better.

    I also like this feeling, but.... When I do try and get aroused the area behind the ring seems to swell and push the ring onto my ball sack, after a short period this feels really painful, frozen peas help, is this normal?

    Safe? Yes but can be painful. Last night my wife spent the night with one of her regulars so I decided to watch some cuckold porn.     Just put a small amount of antibacterial ointment on it. You don't want it to become infected.
