No. Sperm that is produced on the testies are tiny and you wouldn’t notice the diferance between full and empty balls. Most of the ejaculate is fluid produced by the prostate anyway. This can become full but because it’s inside your body it’s not a visual thing. Balls can become blue due to reduced circulation. This can happen when you’ve tried to become erect in the cage. Having said all this it surprised me to learn that ‘blue balls’is a medical condition
I remember as an 18 year old I had a gal that I was spending time with. One evening in particular I spent a long time trying to get in her pants. A long time. Depends on how you define "blue balls." I've had similar experiences to what Nicoftime describes above. But for me "blue" is a metaphor. When I've had aching balls they didn't turn blue or swell up, they just hurt. And I used to get a mild case when I was first caged. Not anymore, thankfully.
It's not being caged that i'm talking about its not having an orgasm. Its been nearly 50 days and for whatever reason things feel a little tighter lately.
Mostly, it's in the mind. Partly - but only very partly - you get a few days when things feel a bit odd, and then it goes away again. But mostly, there's nothing in it. The body is very good at processing waste products. It just gets rid of it. Occasionally there is some leakage, which has been mentioned on other threads. In terms of quantity that's negligible, to be honest, because most of the waste just gets expelled naturally. There is no prospect of your balls getting fuller and fuller of fluids.

... to me it's more on the metaphoric side, as neither listening to some good ole blues or to some good ole Beatles ("Baby's in black and I'm feeling blue") will change the colour of your skin (or balls). But I still love to think that Elton's singing "Blue Balls"
