I purchased this one recently just to see what it was like. I am concerned about the pressure against the steel dome-like cover with nocturnal activity. So I have only given this the ok to be worn when awake at the moment. I am just curious as to whether anyone has worn it without issues. It doesn't look very friendly towards long term wear in my opinion.
Have a similar cage that we use. However, this one is with lock and not with screw, but otherwise identical in construction. We hardly ever use the cage. The balls are strongly pressed "forward" and this quickly leads to sores on the scrotum. Furthermore, one has constantly in the gap between testicles and enclosed tail the piss and precum "accumulates" in the gap and you hardly get it removed with showers and other cleaning methods. So the cage quickly begins to smell and you often have to unlock because of the cleaning. Cages that give more space to the front are better suited. However, the feeling when teasing is great, because a swelling takes place completely in the body, instead of getting outside.
i am in one similar to the one pictured except it has an internal lock, it compresses the little clitty and secures the balls completely; does not come off without the key. To relieve the weight, there is a steel chain that goes around the waist and attaches to the two pins. I have been kept in it for over a week and it is fairly comfortable. It has a 50 mm base ring.
I also have a similar one. It's ver comfy but cleaning is nearly Impossible. Removing it at least once a day is a must
I have one like it, but with a built in urethral tube. The tube was too big for me to insert properly so never got to wear it. I love the look though, as it makes the cock disappear.
