Ahem, did i make it sound like I wasn't sure? I have the whole-movie DVD with that scene in it, so I know what I am talking about. It is a scene from "La Ceinture de Chasteté". In that scene, the husband is feeling up his wife to whom he just gave the belt to wear. She was actually wearing only pantyhose under that satin robe. Now she's got the belt locked on over the pantyhose. The wife was initially taken aback by that weird device he "gave" her, but now she is flattered by how aroused her husband is (sounds corny but it is actually a decently played scene). Later in the movie she comes across another lady wearing a belt (noticing the outline of the chains as said lady is getting into a tall SUV) and ends up (still belted but sans pantyhose by then) in a foursome with her, the boyfriend, and another gal (who's played by Tracy Adams, no less)... Towards the end it gets a bit weird, when she has the patrons of a bar try to open the belt using a bunch of assorted keys from a bowl, while the character played by Tracy Adams (also a patron) first masturbates, then services two of the frustrated would-be-liberators.
