    Could you imagine it if that bar was extended, turned and became a urethral insert! I am not sure how it would work long term, but it could be quite an experience. It definitely looks custom made.

    Certainly does look custom made and the ring looks to be screwed together - or even rivets :p

    And very solidly built too :)

    This is maybe what you were imagining as the next step @Jasmic68 ?

    Reverse image search returns all kinds of tumbler posting of the image but, sadly, no info or links
