Mistress and I are from Idaho and are just curious to see if there are any other couples that live in Idaho too?

We live in Oregon but are planning a move to Idaho in the next few years. We've spent a lot of time there and just love it. Problem is going to be where in Idaho...

That's great! We need more Oregonians to help offset all the Californians moving here lol. Are you guys considering the Boise, Nampa, Meridian area or were you guys going to move to a more rural area?

We're thinking something not to far from that part of the state but leaning rural... We hear you there Oregon is now a just an extension of California. Going to spend some serious time this year scouting around. Suggestions?

unless you want to live out on your own property you can live in the Boise, Meridian, Nampa area and be out in the boonies in any direction in roughly 45 min to an hour. If you have kids o would recommend the Boise, Meridian are because of the better schools, Boise being even better than meridian. Boise and meridian have seen some major price jumps in housing the last 5 years due to the influx of people moving here (mostly California) with Boise being the most expensive. Really all the surrounding areas are pretty nice but certain cities/suburbs might make more sense based on where you're at in life I.e. Family with kids, no kids or retired etc...
